Their stings are quite painful and can cause significant swelling, discomfort, and redness. In some cases, they can trigger severe allergic reactions. In some cases, some severe allergic reactions to wasp stings can lead to anaphylaxis.    
 

3. Property Damage:

They can build nests in various locations in or around homes, including ground nests, wall voids, and attics. Wasps can cause structural damage and making certain areas inaccessible.   

 
4. Food Contamination:

They are attracted to sugary substances and can contaminate food and drink.
